- Maximum 4 persons per 2 bedroom apartment
- Maximum 6 persons per 3 bedroom apartment
- All linen included in Tariff
- Tariffs subject to change without notice
- Regular and low season tariffs are based on 2 people. Extra persons $20 per adult & $15 per child per night
- Whilst we will endeavour to provide you with your requested / booked apartment, there are no guarantees
- Weekly tariffs include up to 4 people. Extra persons $70 per person per week
- Holiday tariffs: 2 bedroom prices include 4 persons. 3 bedroom prices include 6 persons
- Check in time 2PM. Check out time 9:30AM
- Balance of deposit is payable on arrival and not subject to refunds
- 14 days notice of cancellation or part cancellation is required for a deposit to be refundable
- All refundable deposits are subject to a $40 cancellation fee
- Cots & high chairs must be pre-booked. Charges apply
- Apartments are serviced weekly
- Guests are responsible for any fees or charges incurred in relation to breakages, loss or damage to the unit & common property resulting from their stay, including any additional cleaning, repairs or replacement items
- Northpoint Apartments is a non-smoking resort
- Strictly no pets allowed
- Rooms are for accommodation only. Prior management approval is required for any function or party
- Special events (ie: Ironman, 1/2 Ironman, Touch footy etc) - 50% deposit required at the time of original booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% deposit is payable on arrival.
